Many questions on the CK exam ask you to interpret graphs.  A common question asks you about sensitivity and/or specificity when changing the cutoff point for a disease.  The cutoff may be shifted left or right, thus changing the number of people who are tested both positive and negative for a disease.  Proper understanding of this graph can help you get a couple extra points on your CK exam.
