1. Students must complete all lecture series, lecture quizzes, and practice exams within their access period.

2. Students must complete the two (2) free NBME exams included in the Program in timed mode and the NBME exams must be taken for the first time (one (1) NBME must be taken prior to or on Day 1 of the Program and one (1) must be taken within fourteen (14) days of completion of the Program). Additionally, the Pre-Program NBME results must be sent to us prior to commencing the Program and Post-Program NBME results must be sent to us following completion of the Program.

3. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam score(s) taken for the first time after completing the entire Program and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 215 or above or two (2) consecutive NBME scores of 210 or above must be achieved after completing the course and prior to sitting for the exam).

4. Purchase and complete the USMLE World Step 1 Question Bank (highly recommended, but not required to be eligible for the Guarantee).

5. Students who decide to forego taking the Step 1 examination, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Time constraint issues shall not form a basis for eligibility to receive a refund.

7. Extraordinary circumstances experienced by a student that affects their ability to continue and/or complete the program shall not be granted a refund, but may at the sole discretion of the Success Academy be granted extensions of their classroom access.

8. Students must write the exam within one-hundred and twenty (120) days from completing the program.

9. Students must inform us of an exam failure within seven (7) days in order to be eligible for a tuition refund.

1. Student must attend all lectures, test-taking strategy sessions, and quiz shows.

3. Student must submit all required quizzes and question bank materials electronically via our exam portal during their four (4) week session and not thereafter.

4. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam score(s) taken for the first time after completing the entire Program and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 215 or above or two (2) consecutive NBME scores of 210 or above must be achieved after completing the course and prior to sitting for the exam).

5. Purchase and complete the USMLE World Step 1 Question Bank (highly recommended, but not required to be eligible for the Guarantee).

1. Students must attend all classes and be present from the start time to the end time of each class.

2. Students must review all course materials provided to them prior to the first day of class.

3. Student must have completed and passed the USMLE Step 2 CK Exam prior to their Step 2 CS exam date.

4. Students must receive a passing assessment from their Physician Instructor following completion of the Course.

5. Students who decide to forego taking the Step 2 CS examination, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Students must take the exam within thirty (30) days from the last day in their registered session.

7. Students must inform us and provide us with verified documentation of an exam failure within seven (7) days in order to be eligible for a tuition refund.

8. Time constraint issues shall not form a basis for eligibility to receive a refund.

9. Extraordinary circumstances experienced by a student that affects their ability to continue and/or complete the program shall not be granted a refund, but may at the sole discretion of the Success Academy be granted extensions of their classroom access.
