The following terminology applies to these Terms & Conditions and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, “Student”, and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and preparation program and accepting the Company’s Terms & Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “Us”, and “We”, refers to our Company.  All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Clients needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products in accordance with and subject to prevailing English law

 

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  Authorized employees within the company on a need to known basis only use any information collected from individual customers.  We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.  Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data.  We will investigate any such action with a view to prosecuting or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

 

Confidentiality

All client records, names, and personal information is regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party.  We will also not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail.  Any email or mail sent by this Company will only be in connection with the product and/or services agreed upon by accepting this Terms & Conditions agreement.

 

Payments

All payments are to be made before materials are printed, shipped, and access to lecture material is granted.  If you require a payment plan arrangement, all payments must be received before the start of your session and/or before all materials are printed and shipped.  Fees that go unpaid through a payment plan will be invoiced within 24hr and are due within five days of due date.  Unpaid late fees will delay the commencement of your session.

Any breaches in pre-arranged payment plans and/or failure to fulfill the payment agreement will result in a return of funds after 14 days of delinquent payments minus a 25% penalty of funds currently received.

 

Disqualifying Behaviors

Any student who is found to be sharing access to online course materials without the written permission of our Company will be warned once.  If it is discovered again after initial warning, we reserve the right to cancel the student’s access to the online classroom materials without refund of registration fee.

 

Copyright

All materials distributed to the student through printed and online format are copyright property of the Company.  You may not photocopy, record, or reproduce Our materials without Our written consent.  Infringement on Our copyrighted material is illegal and will be dealt with accordingly.

 

Cancellation Rights & Procedures

As a Student of Our program, it is expected that you will explore the sample content and fully understand what You get with our Step 1 preparation program.  All students are given a 24hr grace-period after registration if they choose to cancel their registration, after which point no refunds and/or discount requests will be granted.  Any Student requesting cancellation of registration within 24hr will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee.

 

Passing Score Guarantee

Students enrolled in Our program are guaranteed a passing score on their Step 1 exam, assuming all specific criteria outlined in the program is met completely and satisfactory.  In meeting the passing score guarantee, students will be expected to meet minimum achievements on NBME examinations.  If all criteria are met and we support Your attempt of the Step 1 exam, You are guaranteed a passing score on your exam.  If all criteria are met and a failure should occur, you are entitled to a refund on your registration minus a $100USD fee for cost of books and shipping of materials.
